Tim specializes in advising companies from their earliest stages of growth, with clients including GumGum, Science, and First Contact Entertainment. He provides strategic guidance across site selection, financial analysis, lease negotiations, and long-term real estate planning. Tim is a graduate of the University of Arizona and is a member of the Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce and the Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Association (LACRA).
