Scott Rigsby is a Founding Partner of Industry Partners, an entrepreneurial real estate services firm specializing in commercial real estate sales and leasing throughout Greater Los Angeles. Over his 28-year career, Scott has completed numerous sales and leasing transactions and developed longstanding relationships with institutional and private clients. He represents sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants and developers across a broad range of property types and assignments.
Scott brings extensive experience in investment sales and leasing, with particular expertise in landlord and tenant representation, development, creative work environments, adaptive reuse, architecture and design. His leasing work spans complex assignments ranging from repositioning and marketing distinctive properties to identifying and securing spaces that align with tenants’ operational and creative needs. Before founding Industry Partners, he served as vice president of Lee & Associates/West Los Angeles, where he was one of the firm’s top-ranked producers.
Scott earned a degree in Finance from the University of Arizona. He lives in Malibu and has two children.
