Maguire has a background in restaurant and hotel operations, and a broad network within the burgeoning Los Angeles restaurant scene. These connections, along with his intuitive grasp of LA’s varied and dynamic neighborhood-markets, make him uniquely suited to assisting his clients in achieving their business objectives. Before co-founding Normal Properties, Maguire was a Partner at Industry Partners and previously served on the in-house leasing team at Engine Real Estate.
