1. October 16, 2026Current

   Names NowX5 Studios, Inc. as the company that owns and operates Fieldset, and California law as the governing law. The Terms are now accepted with a checkbox before you first use the Service, including by each person who uses a demonstration account. The restrictions on copying, reverse engineering and competing use, and the confidentiality obligations, apply expressly to demonstration and trial users. Earlier versions are published.

2. October 14, 2026

   Discloses Google Analytics on public listing and survey pages and the automatic deletion of inactive surveys, and expands the intellectual-property and competitive-use restrictions.
